The receptionists and staff are horribly rude and unhelpful. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour. Even if you just ask too many questions they get annoyed. I am sorry i dont know everything about the services and have questions. REcentlly i asked for a for for school and it just feels like the dont and are not interested in being kind and helpful, but being difficult is the way to go. This is the worst GP practice experience i have had.

Wonderful staff who are respectful and professional. However, it is difficult to book an appointment due to long queues on the telephone and in person.

The doctors are all wonderful and really go the extra mile. I have had a number of interactions with them that were not actual appointments, requiring them to call me back etc, and they have been so patient and I'm really grateful. I really trust them with the care of my family thank you so much!

Used to be a good practice.Many years ago.Has grown too big due to NHS problems. Takes far too long to obtain an appointment.When you urgently need to see a doctor It is not possible to obtain an appointment.I did not feel comfortable when asking for Help.Reception staff are generally kind and helpful.The diagnostic skills of the doctors Are not up to a satisfactory level from past experience. The main three senior doctors are highly regarded in the profession but that was based In the past.It is very difficult to be a GP and be a perfect doctor.Keep all your patients happy.If you are happy to accept a third rate service then this practice is for you.
